Argan Oil as a Serum Before Moisturizer.

Lots of anecdotal tradition in my family for using vitamin E for scars and skin repair. Oils have some occlusive properties, but primarily act as emollients. Therefore, I started using argan oil as a Serum before moisturizer and it helped my skin texture immensely. Since it’s a dry oil AFAIK, it doesn’t linger on the skin. It’s moisturizing and doesn’t cause pimples. I put them around my eyes. The only oil that doesn’t break me out.

Also I found that pure Argan oil can help people with mild acne as the oleic acid found in the oil helps promote healthy levels of sebum production.

Wouldn’t just pure argan oil from like Amazon be better? The 100ml bottles go a loooong way! And without colour and fragrance (those would be enough to break me out anyway).

So If you want to give argan oil a try, but you feel overwhelmed by sheer number of products out there. How can you make sure the oil you’re buying is good quality?

My sister and I did our research and painstakingly negotiated with dozens of Moroccan exporters to be able to supply our pure argan oil (aka Argania Spinosa) at an affordable price without gouging our customers (think Josie Maran prices! $96.00 for the exact same product!). Ultimately end up with Sheer Argan’s pure argan oil as our regular argan oil importer.
